Prague Community Hospital employees nominate their co-workers as they see them go above and beyond in their job.  The employee with the most nominations is the winner for the month and in case of a tie the Department Managers vote to break the tie.  The employee is recognized at the monthly employee luncheon and wins a parking slot for the month, a $25 cash prize and a t-shirt
