Lea Ann is a native Oklahoman and has been in the health profession for 34 years. She started her career as an EMT in 1975, received her LPN in 1993 and her RN in 1996. Lea Ann describes herself as a true workaholic. Lea Ann has been with Prague Community Hospital since 1988 and started as an aide. She enjoys sharing with her community.

Lea Ann is married and has three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys going with the Prague FFA Show team, is a member of the Prague Ag Boosters, enjoys sewing, boating and camping. Lea Ann is a member of the Garden Grove Baptist Church.
